On Monday, 13th February 2017, Rector of the VNU University of Science - Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Noi has a meeting with the delegation from the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO).
On Monday, 13th February 2017, Rector of the VNU University of Science - Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Noi has a meeting with the delegation from the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO).
For purpose of the meeting, representatives of the FAO would like to cooperate and sign agreement with the VNU University of Science in developing project of the Mekong River Delta. The project has involved of several universities in Cambodia, Laos and Italy.
At the meeting, the Rector of VNU-HUS would like to assert and believe that the VNU University of Science is a suitable partner for the project with the scientific research and background available on the Biology, Geology and Hydro - Meteorology - Oceanography. Moreover, the VNU- HUS already had many comprehensive projects about the Mekong River and Red River, thus, the University will be possible to apply the project along with other consultation of universities in the region and the FAO.
