On Monday, October 16, 2017, Vice Rector of VNU University of Science - Assoc. Prof. Sc. Dr. Vu Hoang Linh had a visting to Terumo at Quang Minh Industrial Park, along with Assoc. Prof. Le Thanh Son - Dean of Faculty of Chemistry, Dr. Doan Van Ve - Head of Undergraduate Academic Affair Office, Dr. Pham Dinh Tung - Deputy Head of Political- Students Affair Office, Dr. Nguyen Minh Hai - Deputy Head of International Relations - Administration Office and lectures, students from Faculty of Chemistry, VNU University of Science.

The Terumo includes Mr. Hagiwara - General Director, Mr. Suematsu - General Manager, Mr. Takahashi - Factory Manager with workers who were former students of VNU-HUS warmly welcomes the VNU-HUS delegation.

At the meeting, Vice Rector would like to thank the Terumo for long-term relationship, cooperation and support in recruiting and coordinating training with the University. Furthermore, Assoc. Prof. Sc. Dr. Vu Hoang Linh hopes to gain valuable information and job opportunities for students through the visit.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Hagiwara introduces about the Terumo Corporation as a company specializing in manufacturing medical equipment with advanced production lines. The General Director would like to share that the advices and suggestions of Assoc. Prof. Le Thanh Son as well as the Faculty of Chemistry contributed a lot to the company. Moreover, the VNU-HUS alumni who are working in Terumo are the core employees of the company with highly qualified expertise. In the future, the company would like to expand its production, acquire more advanced technology to contribute to the development of the company in particular and the economy of Vietnam in general. The General Director desires the long-term between two sides more and more closed and develops in the future.

After the meeting, the members of the delegation spent most of their time on the visiting Terumo facilities and production lines.
