On April 9th, the Academic Exchange Workshop between the German scientists and the VNU Key Laboratory of Advanced Materials for Green Growth (KLAMAG) took place.
On April 9th, the Academic Exchange Workshop between the German scientists and the VNU Key Laboratory of Advanced Materials for Green Growth (KLAMAG) took place. The workshop is part of RoHan's annual activities, which aim to develop common research directions and guide graduate students and PhD students. The program is organized by KLAMAG and the Faculty of Chemistry, VNU University of Science.

Attending the workshop, on the partner side of the Federal Republic of Germany is Dr. Dirk Hollmann and Dr. Kristin Arnold of Rostock University.
On the side of VNU University of Science, there are Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Noi - Rector, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Thanh Son - Dean of Faculty of Chemistry, Dr. Truong Thanh Tu - Deputy Head of Undergraduate Academic Affairs, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Do Quang Trung - Head of the Environmental Chemistry Laboratory (Faculty of Chemistry), RoHan Project Coordinator, KLAMAG's staffs, PhD students and students of the Faculty of Chemistry.
Adri Huda - Indonesian student
At the workshop, scientists and undergraduate students, graduate students listened to Adri Huda's presentation. Adri Huda is an Indonesian graduate student doing PhD studies at KLAMAG under the RoHan program.
In this program, two researchers from KLAMAG are Dr. Ha Minh Ngoc and Dr. Pham Thanh Dong has reported on the areas of Peroskite materials and photocatalyst materials used in the environment.

"RoHan Catalysis" is a collaborative project of training (Master and PhD) and research exchange in the field of catalysis, in the field of Chemistry. The project includes Vietnamese partners are VNU University of Science, Hanoi University of Technology and its German partners are Rostock University and Leibniz Institute for Catalysis (LIKAT) Federal Republic of Germany.
The project is funded by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), which runs from 2017-2020.

The main purpose of the project is to enhance the development, establishment of catalytic and process technologies through the training of highly qualified Vietnamese scientists who can take the lead positions in the academic environment and in the applied industry.
Another goal of the project is the right to higher education for talented people and gender equality in education and training. The project expects to achieve sustainable development goals by 2030.
