The representatives of the University of Canterbury, New Zealand introduced some key points about their training programs, especially the postgraduate training programs. With the cooperation policies in the field of training and research between two countries all in place, the UC representatives were looking forward to having practical cooperation with prestigious universities in Vietnam, including VNU-HUS. A representative of UC affirmed that, in addition to providing a quality training program, a modern learning and research environment, they are offering scholarships that support family members to accompany when candidates attend training courses at UC.

Assoc.Prof.Dr. Ngac An Bang affirms that given the quality of training and prestige in scientific research shown by world rankings as well as the number of internationally published articles  being at the forefront of the VNU member universities, the exchange and cooperation in Postgraduate studies between VNU-HUS and UC will certainly bring positive results. And with the graduate training cooperation as the start, we can hope for the next steps of cooperation such as student exchange, or cooperation in teaching and research.
