Vietnamese student delegation attended the 27th International Biology Olympiad (IBO 2016) has won the impressive results: 1 Gold Medal, 1 Silver Medal and 2 Bronze Medals.
Vietnamese student delegation attended the 27th International Biology Olympiad (IBO 2016) has won the impressive results: 1 Gold Medal, 1 Silver Medal and 2 Bronze Medals. The only Gold medal of the host country belongs to Vu Thi Chinh (High School for Gifted Students, VNU University of Science).

The Silver Medal belongs to Le Thi Hong Hoa female students (Hanoi- Amsterdam High School for the Gifted). Two other candidates of Vietnam's delegation Nguyen Ngoc Minh Hai and Nguyen Dac Hieu won the Bronze Medals.
On 23rd July 2016, the closing ceremony of the International Biology Olympiad (IBO 2016) was held at the National Convention Centre. This is an annual competition for excellent students in Biology from high schools in the world.
