Students from HUS High School for the Gifted won many high prizes at international competitions

In the past year, students of the HUS High School for the Gifted made such a good impression at numerous international competitions with their excellent achievements.

08 students who participated in the Asia-Pacific Informatics Olympiad, the Asian Physics Olympiad, and the International Olympiad in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Informatics excellently brought home 09 prestigious medals, including 02 Gold medals, 04 Silver medals, and 03 Bronze medals.

While in 2020, Ngo Quy Dang, a 10th grader, won a gold medal at the International Mathematical Olympiad, in 2021, it was Tran Xuan Bach who became the youngest participant from Vietnam to win regional and international Informatics Olympiad medals.

1. Trang Dao Cong Minh, a former student of class 12A1 specialized in Physics, won a gold medal at the International Physics Olympiad. Currently, Minh is a student in the Bachelor of Science in Physics (talented program), VNU University of Sciences.

2. Truong Tuan Nghia, a former student of class 12A1 specialized in Mathematics, won a silver medal at the International Mathematical Olympiad. Currently, Nghia is a student of Bachelor of Science in Mathematics (talented program), VNU University of Sciences.

3. Dinh Vu Tung Lam, a former student of class 12A1 specialized in Mathematics, won a silver medal at the International Mathematical Olympiad. Currently, Lam is a student of Bachelor of Science in Mathematics (talented program), VNU University of Sciences.
