On 06th May 2013, a delegation of professors of Hanyang University, Korea, leaded by Prof. Kyung-Joon Cha, Dean of School of Natural Science visited and worked at VNU University of science (VNU- HUS). Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Duy Cam – Rector, Dean and Associate Dean of the Faculty of Chemistry, Physics and Biology have received the delegation.
On 06th May 2013, a delegation of professors of Hanyang University, Korea, leaded by Prof. Kyung-Joon Cha, Dean of School of Natural Science visited and worked at VNU University of science (VNU- HUS). Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Duy Cam – Rector, Dean and Associate Dean of the Faculty of Chemistry, Physics and Biology have received the delegation.
After discussing with the delegation, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Duy Cam and Prof. Kyung-Joon Cha have signed a memorandum of training cooperation between the two universities.
The beginning of cooperation in the academic year 2013, School of Natural Science- Hanyang University will recruit and granted a full scholarship (100% of tuition and living expenses) for the 10 students who have completed the second year in Physics, Chemistry and Biology of VNU-HUS to undergraduate and doctorate at Hanyang University.
After the third year, the fourth year and when was graduated a Bachelor of Science of Hanyang University, students will continue to do their PhD at the University. 10 students were selected will start their third year at Hanyang University in May 9/2013
Speaking at the meeting, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Duy Cam stressed that the signing of MOU cooperation marked the beginning of the process of cooperation between the two universities, opening up many opportunities for learning, scientific research for students, and develop high human resources for the VNU-HUS.
After the signing ceremony, the teachers of Hanyang University met, discussed and introduced the postgraduate scholarships for fourth year students of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
